Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of assets and properties under the NLRE Group. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong focus on operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, value creation, and regulatory compliance. the role will spearhead property enhancement strategies, advertising and branding initiatives, and collaborate closely with facilities management, contractors, and service providers to ensure world- class standards across all properties.Main Responsibility:Operational & Asset ManagementOversee day-to-day management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties within the        portfolio. Ensure efficient coordination of maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and service providers.Qualifications:Education & Professional BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS, CPM, or CMCA) preferred.Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in property or asset management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record managing mixed-use, residential, and commercial portfolios, ideally within the UAE or GCC market.Technical CompetenceStrong understanding of property operations, maintenance planning, leasing cycles, and budget control.Familiarity with UAE tenancy laws, Ejari process, and RERA/municipal compliance requirements.Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor management, and service-level monitoring.Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, Mews, or similar platforms) and MS Office tools.Leadership & Interpersonal SkillsStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams and align stakeholders.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to handle tenants, contractors, and government agencies.Customer-centric mindset focused on service quality and tenant retention.Strategic & Analytical CapabilitiesAbility to develop and execute property enhancement and brand visibility strategies.Strong analytical and financial acumen for forecasting, budgeting, and ROI tracking.Innovative problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.Other RequirementsValid UAE driving license.Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
