Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee a small property management portfolio. This dynamic role involves various responsibilities that ensure the efficient running of our operations, including rent tracking, maintenance coordination, and facilitating communication between landlords, letting agents, and prospective buyers.The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively, combining firmness with understanding. A proactive approach and the ability to work flexibly in the initial stages will be key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Track and manage rent payments, addressing arrears promptly.-Tenancy Renewals-Reconciliation of accounts- Oversee maintenance requests in line with company policy.- Liaise with letting agents to streamline the letting process and ensure compliance.- Schedule viewings with estate agents and maintain communication with both buyers and sellers to ensure successful outcomes.Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in property management or a related field.- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Outlook.- Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and teamwork.- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.- Firm yet understanding approach to problem-solving and negotiations.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Flexible in working hours to meet the needs of the role.At Remoties, we believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
