Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a licensed Property Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or non profit societies, ensure tenant satisfaction, and handle all property-related tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, managing contracts and leases, supervising property staff, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with RTA and client policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Qualifications Property management skills, including experience with contracts, leases, and tenant relationsBudgeting, financial planning, and record-keeping skillsKnowledge of RTA regulations and compliance standardsProblem-solving and organizational skillsProficiency with property management software and general computer skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage tenant relations effectivelyExperience in team oversight or staff supervision is a plusCertification in property management is mandatory
