Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Makati. The Property Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing both commercial and residential real estate transactions. The role involves working directly with clients to understand their property needs, showcasing properties, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
