This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects that support power stability when it matters most.What Will You Do?As a Proposal Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of engineering and commerce, responsible for delivering accurate, well-structured technical and commercial proposals. Your tasks include:Translating customer requirements into feasible technical solutions and compelling proposalsPreparing cost calculations, timelines, technical specs, and visual representationsCoordinating closely with internal departments—Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project ManagementLiaising with domestic and international suppliers to ensure up-to-date and accurate proposal contentSupporting the continuous improvement of proposal templates and internal toolsEnsuring all proposals are technically sound, commercially viable, and tailored to client expectationsWhat Do You Bring?Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Power, or Mechanical EngineeringPreferably several years of experience in a similar role within the backup power or energy sectorSolid knowledge of generator and engine systemsStrong analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approachProficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar design softwareComfortable working in a project-based environmentCommercially aware with a collaborative working styleExcellent communication skills in both Dutch and EnglishAvailability of 32 to 40 hours per weekWhat Do You Get in Return?Competitive salary between €5.000 and €5.900 per monthA role where your work directly supports energy reliability and securityInvolvement in technically interesting and socially relevant projectsA collaborative, knowledgeable team environmentOpportunities for personal and professional growthCurious to learn more?This is your chance to combine your technical skills with real-world impact.
