Bid & Proposal WriterAbout the RoleOur client’s Bid Team has a strong track record of delivering successful tenders and proposals, and as the business continues to grow, they’re expanding their team. They are now seeking a Bid & Proposal Writer to play a key role in producing high-quality submissions and business support materials. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team where your work will directly contribute to our continued success.ResponsibilitiesTender Excellence: Produce high-quality bid responses, proposals, and supporting documentation from our bid library.Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread persuasive copy for tenders, policies, and business documents.Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to prepare presentations, develop sales tools, and track upcoming contract opportunities.Knowledge Management: Contribute to and enhance the bid library, ensuring our knowledge base stays accurate and up to date.Business Support: Provide administrative and organisational support to senior management and coordinate between multiple departments on key projects.Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the group, managing inputs and ensuring deadlines are met for complex submissions.Skills & ExperienceExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flair for persuasive, engaging copy.Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to turn technical ideas into clear, accessible content.Organised and proactive, with strong time-management skills.Experience in public tendering is a distinct advantage but not essential.A third-level degree is desirable but not essential.
