https: //theprosperty. com/about-usWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator to support the commercial management of real estate portfolios for institutional clients. You will be responsible for the coordination of asset promotion, performance tracking, and client communication. This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare internal reports on a weekly and monthly basis, including commercial performance, campaign outcomes, and departmental revenueProvide external reporting to clients, summarizing portfolio activity, including promotional actions taken and the current marketability status of each propertyHandle all back-office tasks related to documentation, submission deadlines, and client updatesCommunicate directly with clients, offering continuous support and updatesMaintain and monitor real estate portfolios, ensuring proper promotion and visibility of properties in collaboration with Marketing teamExecute cross-selling initiatives using existing buyer databases (e. g.
