该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: Responsible for/manage mammalian cells culture and expression/purification of antibodies at various lab scales, especially for early discovery supporting purpose. Design, express/purify, and characterize proteins of therapeutic interest, antibody engineering or format reconstitution are needed when necessary. Deliver qualified protein products to project teams in a timely manner. This position requires effective participation in multidisciplinary teams with members from antibody/protein discovery, immunology, oncology, structure biology and CMC. Good team player, self-driven, cooperative and accountable. The final role offered will be matched with the candidate’s experience. Requirements: Master’s degree or above in Chinese famous institutions/universities in molecular biology, biochemistry, structural chemistry, immunology, protein/antibody engineering or a relevant field. Working knowledge of protein chemistry structure, post translational modifications, degradation pathways and critical quality attributes relevant to biopharmaceutical products. Demonstrated abilities in data analysis, protocol organization and result presentation; working abilities in an interdisciplinary environment, a good team player and also willing to work independently. Demonstrated experience in developing analytical methods for protein characterizations, including expertise in analysis of the result data. Excellent communication skills, solid academic records on scientific papers are especially advantageous.
