Then read on.About The RoleIn this role, you will be the liaison for operational dealings with various healthcare related providers to support AIA business operations in Singapore.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate & gather necessary information in order to assess TPA outpatient claims according to policy benefits. Ensure all claims documentation and procedures adhere to company and claims management requirementsConduct audits on claims processed by TPA to ensure appropriate controls are in place and also support any internal/external audits for the teamEnsure efficient, prompt and fair resolution of escalated complaintsLiaise with other teams on member data & policy setup matters to ensure that the clients visit the panel clinics on cashless basisRequirementsDiploma holder1 year related industry experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
