This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to pioneer a movement in geriatric mental health and reshape the future of aging.Location: New York City, in office, 5 days a week.We are looking for a rockstar Provider Recruitment & Experience Manager to join our early team and run some of the most critical functions of our business. You will work closely with our two co-founders and have end-to-end responsibility for our Provider Growth.Key ResponsibilitiesYour Qualifications Provider Growth & RecruitmentOwn full-cycle hiring for behavioral health clinicians (e.g. therapists, psychologists), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingBuild and maintain a strong, scalable pipeline of qualified and mission-aligned providersIdentify and manage sourcing channels including graduate programs, referral networks, job boards, and eventsCoordinate with credentialing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and systems accessTrack and report on hiring metrics to improve efficiency and conversion Provider Experience & RetentionDesign and manage a thoughtful onboarding experience that sets providers up for long-term successAct as the main point of contact for provider feedback, satisfaction, and resolution of day-to-day concernsLead engagement initiatives including regular check-ins, surveys, recognition programs, and community eventsPartner with clinical and operations teams to continuously improve the provider experienceOwn key outcomes like therapist NPS and provider retentionA+ players only. You have a burning desire to win and a track record of being a top performer. You want to be the best and help your team win1–6 years of experience in relevant roles such as provider experience, recruiting, people ops, customer success, or salesYou’re a builder: you create structure where there isn’t any and thrive in taking projects from 0 to 1You’re people-first: empathetic, clear, and effective in communicationYou’re comfortable wearing many hats and navigating ambiguity in a startup environmentYou are personally invested in our mission to combat the senior loneliness epidemic—whether through lived experience, a family story, or past service
