Inova Care is a dynamic and growing Third Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in cost containment and delivering high-quality TPA services across a range of insurance sectors, including medical, dental, pet insurance, and healthcare. Operating across Southeast Asia and the United States, we provide an extensive provider network, claims adjudication, customer service, and specialized TPA services for the medical insurance industry in Asia.While our team is lean and highly agile, we are committed to delivering exceptional service with a big impact. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Provider Relations Specialists who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, an understanding of healthcare regulations, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers. They must also be adept at problem-solving, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.Responsibilities:Assist in on-ground network accreditations in reaching out to and maintaining relationships with clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.Support in managing provider relationships and helping resolve basic inquiries or issues.Help gather and organize data for provider network analysis and assist in identifying potential new providers.Assist in ensuring provider information and services are up to date and meet quality standards.Participate in provider orientations, educational forums, and site visits when needed.Support in researching and helping resolve simple claim payment or reimbursement issues.Assist in preparing and issuing basic reports, such as weekly or monthly provider network updates.Collaborate with other departments to support provider fee schedule updates or other operational needs.Help track provider recruitment and retention activities.Perform other related tasks that support the company’s provider network and growth objectives.Key Qualifications:Has prior experience in Provider RelationsWilling to travel locally for on ground support on network accreditations.Good English communication skills (written and spoken).Willingness to learn about provider relations in the insurance/TPA industry.Good organizational and time-management skills.Can follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.Team player with a service-oriented mindset.Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).Available to work part-time hours or flexible schedules.Job Type: ContractContract length: 2 monthsPay: $12.00 per monthWork Location: In person
