At Top Medical Care, the focus is on achieving harmony and health for both the body and the mind. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychiatrist, located in Masqaţ, Oman. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients with various psychological and psychiatric conditions. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert psychiatric care, creating individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, prescribing medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The role also includes supporting patients through treatment and recovery, maintaining accurate medical records, and contributing to the clinic's mission of fostering psychological and mental well-being in the community. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and expertise in Psychiatry, Psychiatric Care, and Adolescent PsychiatryStrong understanding and application of Mental Health care practices and treatment methodsMedical qualifications and licensure to practice PsychiatryCompassionate communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with teamsAbility to diagnose and treat a variety of psychiatric and mental health conditionsExperience working with diverse patient populations is highly desirableFamiliarity with psychological assessments and treatment techniques for learning difficulties such as ADHD and autism is a plus
