Psychologist – CDT SpektrumCDT Spektrum is a modern diagnostic and therapy center providing high-quality outpatient mental health services across multiple specializations. We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate Psychologist to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesThe psychologist will:Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostics, and therapy sessions with children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your specialization).Provide services at our center and, when required, in schools or preschools.Offer individual and/or group psychotherapy.Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other specialists within a multidisciplinary team.Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions.Deliver psychoeducation and promote mental health awareness as needed.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Psychology and completed postgraduate clinical training (or equivalent).Minimum of 1 year of experience or openness to newly qualified clinicians (depending on internal policy).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Polish proficiency at C1/C2 level.English proficiency at C1 level or higher; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.We OfferCompetitive remuneration based on experience and contract type (50–75% depending on qualifications and agreement).Flexible working hours and various contract options (employment contract-umowa zlecenie, B2B, etc.).Access to modern diagnostic tools, testing materials, and therapeutic resources.Supportive and friendly working environment.Opportunities for professional growth, training, and supervision.Full administrative support and an electronic medical records system.If you are passionate about mental health and want to work in a dynamic, patient-centered setting, we would be delighted to receive your application!
