This includes highest levels of data & information confidentiality. This role also acts as a sounding board for GCPO with respect to organizations culture & practices. Key Responsibilities:

Organize and facilitate weekly leadership meetings by managing agendas, presentations, minutes, and ensuring smooth execution. Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple stakeholders to generate insights and support P&O projects and decision-making. Coordinate with the talent acquisition team on applicant assessments and maintain accurate recruitment records for GCPO office. Track, coordinate, and maintain updated records of official correspondence with the Government of Pakistan. Support the creation of high-quality presentation decks for e& and PTCL Group leadership meetings. Manage diverse GCPO office tasks including stakeholder coordination, calendar management, approvals, travel arrangements, and administrative support. Qualification: Min.
