In this role, you will be responsible for all purchase order and invoice monitoring activities for both domestic and international markets, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of PTP processes.This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can contribute to global finance operations and continuous process improvements.Responsible for all PO and invoice monitoring activities for both domestic and international markets. This role is based at Global Business Services located in Budapest, Hungary. Reports to PTP Manager.Responsibilities:Monitoring and resolving aged invoicesResearching and recovering credit balances from vendorsMonitoring open aged purchase orders which includes following up with the business on items that have been good receipt no invoice and invoice received no good receiptMonitoring the invoice error resolution queues which involves a high level of analytic review to determine the issue preventing the posting of invoicesPerforming fiscal and tax review of invoicesReviewing payment proposals to ensure withholding is being properly calculated during the payment processManually entering approved invoicesReconciling and clearing direct debit vendor accountsMonitoring the admin queue, completing tasks, identifying and resolving issuesMonitoring aged items, both PO and non-POReconciling and resolving GR IR related items such as open POs not vouchered or open no receiptProviding quality service to internal and external customers via My Paramount (ServiceNow system)Resolving issues preventing invoices from posting or payingWorking closely with the Service Management and Support teams on identifying and resolving system related issuesCommunicating with all levels of management regarding open and aged invoicesCollaborating closely with other PTP teamsSupporting the training of new team membersPreferred Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degreeExperience in the field of Finance is an advantage but not a requirementAny ERP system knowledge is an advantage but not a requirementB2 C1 level of English communication skills, both written and oralWe believe you will enjoy working with us because:Our private health insurance program provides access to private clinics with a screening packageOur monthly cafeteria package includes SZÉP card, nursery, and home loan supportWe work in a hybrid mode, with 2–3 days expected at the office per weekWe have a dog-friendly office, so you can bring your furry friend to workEvery week, we offer fresh fruit days for our employeesWe provide eyewear support to help with the cost of glassesAfter the probation period, you can take advantage of language coursesEmployees can enjoy exclusive pre-premiere screenings before official releases.
