About The Job As Public & Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening the company’s reputation, safeguarding our license to operate, and representing the beer industry in Indonesia through proactive engagement with key stakeholders and policy makers. In this role, you will also provide strategic direction and functional leadership to public affairs representatives based at our breweries in Tangerang and Mojokerto. You will lead the company’s public affairs and advocacy strategy, anticipate and influence regulatory developments, and build trusted relationships with government, trade associations, NGOs, and opinion leaders to positively shape policies and public perception. #DoSomethingThatMattersMain ResponsibilitiesLead Multi Bintang’s public affairs and advocacy agenda, ensuring alignment with business prioritiesMonitor, analyze, and influence regulations and policies impacting the alcohol and beer industryBuild and maintain strong networks with government stakeholders, NGOs, industry associations, and mediaRepresent Multi Bintang at high-level forums, driving our position within trade associations and government dialoguesDevelop advocacy campaigns and issue management strategies to safeguard our commercial freedom and reputationProvide functional leadership and guidance to brewery-based public affairs representatives in Tangerang and Mojokerto, ensuring alignment and consistency in local stakeholder engagementCandidate Criteria Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Policy Studies, or related fields8+ years of experience in Public or Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or related fields (FMCG experience is a plus) Strong track record in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs campaign management Excellent networking, influencing, and negotiation skills Fluent in English, both spoken and written Tools Provided: LaptopContract: Full-time Why Join Us?At Multi Bintang Indonesia, we don’t just brew beer.
