Job Summary: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government and legal formalities for the company and its employees, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. The role involves handling visa applications, renewals, license updates, and all public relations matters with ministries and authorities.The PRO also acts as the official representative of the company in front of government offices and supports HR and management in maintaining timely, organized documentation for all personnel and corporate matters.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Process and manage all activities related to employment visas, residence permits, Emirates ID, medicals, and renewals.Handle labour card, MOL, and immigration transactions accurately and promptly.Liaise with various government departments such as the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, DED, DM, DHA, RTA, and others.Manage company trade license renewals, tenancy contracts, vehicle registrations, and other permits.Ensure all company and employee legal documents are valid and up to date.Support in new company registration, amendments, and cancellations when required.Assist HR with new employee onboarding by completing visa, medical, and Emirates ID procedures.Guide employees on UAE labor law requirements, residency rules, and renewal processes.Maintain confidential and accurate records of all employee documents.Coordinate with HR to prepare and submit required documents for visa renewals and cancellations.Update management regularly on visa status, expiry dates, and compliance deadlines.Represent the company in all government and semi-government offices, ensuring professional conduct.Build and maintain good relationships with government officials, PRO networks, and external agencies.Handle official correspondence, letters, and documentation to ministries and authorities.Support in event-related government permits, media permissions, and location clearances (for tourism/events companies).Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations.Keep management updated on new laws, policies, or procedural changes.Prepare monthly and annual reports on visa status, license renewals, and fines (if any).Job Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field).Minimum 3–5 years of PRO experience in the UAE, preferably in hospitality, travel, or tourism sector.Knowledge:Strong understanding of UAE labour, immigration, and residency laws.Familiar with MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA, ICA, and other e-services portals.Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
