With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, the group manages a growing portfolio of companies in automotive, trading, energy, Travel and Tourism and mobility services.Rooted in Loyalty, Excellence, and Progress, we lead with innovation and technology to seamlessly connect the physical and digital worlds.Our goal is to become a leader in intelligent, data-driven solutions because Together We Grow.Job Overview:Responsible for managing company's image, handling government-related processes, and ensuring strong communication between customers and external stakeholder with priority on maintaining compliance with U.A.E's legal requirements while enhancing LWRAC's public presence and supporting business operations.Key Responsibilities:To ensure timely collection of rental vehicles from payment defaulters (customers), within a timeframe of 24 hours.Preparing NOC as per the requirement of customers for submission to relevantU.A.E. government authorities. Customer work related as but not limited to parking cards, police report (for missing number plate, unknown damage etc.), fine payments etc.To keep abreast and update WRAC management, with the changing U.A.E. laws and regulations.Regular and timely updates to LWRAC management on vehicle impounding and traffic violation black points, in order to keep the Legend's traffic file operational at all times.Approaching relevant authorities (Police & RTA), for transferring the black points to customers license, in case of any pending traffic fines not cleared by the customerAssist in the preparation of HAYAZA (vehicle transfer letter), for vehicle ownership change, of LWRAC total loss vehicles to insurance companies.Who Fits the Legend’s SeatBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in PRO or government liaison roles, preferably within the automotive or transport sector.Effective communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.Understanding of U.A.E. traffic law procedures, including traffic fine resolution and black point transfers.Familiarity with vehicle registration, renewal, and ownership transfer processes Experience in handling vehicle-related documentation, such as HAYAZA letters for total loss and sale vehicles.Ability to maintain active traffic files and resolve status issues through appropriate channels.Comfortable communicating with government authorities including RTA and Police departments.Proficient in managing administrative follow-ups and ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online government portals used for automotive services.
