This role manages planning and execution of marketplace sales, promotional activities, and the ongoing optimization of digital partnerships in the Japan region. The position also focuses on building effective collaborations with local digital platforms and services and explores new commerce business models.Develop and implement marketplace strategies to achieve business objectivesPlan and execute sales and promotional campaigns for each marketplaceLead digital promotions and manage digital marketing, including SEOPrepare and distribute eNewsletters tailored to each marketplaceMonitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicatorsProvide regular analysis and reporting to inform business decisionsYOUR TALENT:ファッションアパレル業界でのマーケットプレイス運営経験1～2年デジタル広告の管理経験販売・プロモーションの計画および分析経験HTMLの経験MS Excelの上級スキル（SUMIF、VLOOKUP、COUNTIF、ピボットテーブル等）ネイティブレベルの日本語力PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
