Job Description

Main Purpose: Support Operations Managers in driving operational excellence including but not limited to Stocks Management, Leader Standard Work, Staff Management, KPI delivery and Administrative processes continuous improvement. Also supporting the Administration team with peak workload demands, staff coverage and specific project delivery. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: Support Operations Managers with monitoring stock management performance, implementation of improvement plans and tracking of progress. Work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to implement sustainable improvements. Assist Operations Managers with KPI data collation, KPI monitoring, analysis, intervention and escalation as needed and monthly returns.

Assist Operations Managers with tracking of Leader Standard Work, intervention and escalation as needed. Lead and Support Operations Managers in the delivery of process improvements and Continuous Improvement Projects. Support Operations Managers in the annual planning cycle including but not limited to opex, capex, and business plan creation. Support Operations Managers with Audits and Reviews and the administration associated with these. Support central Operations Administration team with PO and invoice processing, petty cash management, and other financial administration work. Ad hoc duties as directed by the Operations Leadership Team.

All forms are completed as outlined in the proceduresAny discrepancies of goods / services received are to be addressed through the Non Conformance proceduresAll products are to be verified at appropriate stages as outlined in procedures and a record maintained. Experience: Business Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years work experienceSkills: Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Competencies: Sound organization and planning Time management and ability to manage concurrent tasks Analytical and Problem Solving Good written and verbal communication Ability to work with and through others Attention to detailKey Relationships and Department Overview:

Internal – Site Administration Managers, Site Stocks, Terminal Managers, Stocks Central, BSM, Procurement, Maintenance and EngineeringExternal – Site Contractors
