Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Phnom Penh. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, and overseeing purchase management tasks. Daily responsibilities include procuring goods and services, communicating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining procurement records. Additionally, the executive will engage in negotiations and work closely with other departments to meet procurement needs effectively. Qualifications Experience in managing Purchase Orders(Local & Overseas), Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase ManagementStrong Communication skills in both English and ChineseProficiency in Procurement processesExcellent organizational and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldExperience in the Construction industry is a plusAbility to work on-site in Phnom Penh
