Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Vendor Development (NPD) - Manager specializing in Casting/Sheet Metal, located in Hoshiarpur. The role involves identifying and developing new vendors for casting and sheet metal components, overseeing vendor evaluations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of parts. The manager will collaborate with the R&D team for new product development (NPD) and manage production and sourcing projects. Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring cost optimization while maintaining product quality will be key responsibilities.
