The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, overseeing purchasing and procurement processes, and maintaining strong customer service relationships. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries to support the construction of our high-quality homes. Qualifications Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchasing, and Procurement skillsProficiency in Contract Negotiation skillsStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamExperience in the construction industry is a plusBachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management, or related field preffered
