The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement activities, negotiate contracts, establish supplier relationships, and monitor inventory levels to ensure business needs are efficiently met. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to forecast demand, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.QualificationsProficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in inventory managementExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities for managing supplier and internal team relationshipsPlan, organize and supervise the entire process of purchasing goods, materials and servicesResearch the market and analyse supplier offers in order to achieve the most favourable procurement conditionsIdentify levers for savingsControl the fulfilment of suppliers' contractual obligations and resolve complaints related to procurementLead and supervise a team of employees in the procurement department, and plan their work and developmentConduct negotiations with suppliers and agree on cooperation and commercial termsPrior experience in a purchasing role or in the FMCG is a plus
