Job Description

Overview:Process Purchase Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders.Solicit and compare quotations from vendors.Communicate delivery schedules with internal departments.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.Assist in resolving supplier issues and discrepancies.Track orders to ensure timely delivery.Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures.Attention to detail in document preparation and follow-up.Ability to conduct supplier research.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Bilingual: Arabic and English.Computer literacy and ERP familiarity.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.12 years of total experience.
