As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the continuous optimization of existing processes and associated documentation through benchmarks and analyses, actively involving all relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, you will conceptualize, document, and implement new guidelines, training measures, procedures, and instructions, and you will plan, prepare, and conduct workshops.The definition and execution of appropriate control measures and the tracking of specific KPIs to measure process quality, including the implementation of improvement and/or corrective actions, will also fall within your responsibilities.In collaboration with the IT and Digitalization departments, you will conceptualize, develop, train, and roll out relevant IT systems for purchasing and supplier management. In your new position, you will take on the definition and development of a holistic digitalization strategy as part of the purchasing and supplier management functional strategy, in alignment with the global management team and adjacent departments, particularly IT and digitalization. You will also develop and convey requirements for the (further) development of digital applications and tools as well as the digitalization of processes and workflows. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital tools, as well as the creation and delivery of training on their use. The development, collection, interpretation, and visualization of process-related global purchasing and supplier metrics, including the derivation of actionable recommendations and the identification of potentials, will also fall within your responsibilities. In collaboration with global interfaces, you will design reports and implement them.Your QualificationsBachelor Degree required (Business, Engineering).
