Job Descriptions:1. Execute the procurement strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure call-off contracts are ready for all goods and service categories in line with the annual procurement plan.1.1 Implement the strategic sourcing plan in accordance with the approved procurement strategy, in collaboration with relevant parties (sourcing, end users, etc.) to develop additional benefits and optimize purchasing opportunities.1.2 Develop and execute Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and evaluation criteria for supplier selection. Carry out procurement activities in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure purchasing timelines meet business requirements.1.3 Monitor and report cost-saving performance after each implemented sourcing strategy. Track the progress of sourcing plan implementation through close review of work schedules.1.4 Make the progress of call-off contract signing to ensure compliance with the approved purchasing strategy and the validity period of pricing.2. Maintain a minimum six-month price validity for previously purchased goods and service categories to ensure procurement timelines meet the Company’s business requirements.2.1 Execute the fast-track bidding process in accordance with the approved plan and applicable procedures for goods and services not included in the call-off plan.2.2 Update the pricelist (info record) in the SAP system in accordance with established policies and procedures. 2.3 Conduct monthly reviews of the pricelist (info record) to ensure a minimum six-month validity period.3. Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for MRO, Logistics, Facility, RE, CE to ensure efficient procurement of goods and services in terms of time, cost, and quality.3.1 Prepare contracts and appendices, and negotiate with suppliers on contract terms in compliance with company procedures and applicable legal regulations.3.2 Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) submitted by user departments and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for MRO, Logistics, Facility, RE, CE. Monitor and control supplier delivery and service execution plans to ensure goods and services are delivered with the required quality, quantity, and timelines, thereby ensuring daily procurement efficiency in terms of time, cost, and quality.4. Execute Contract/PO operations, including delivery, acceptance, and return (if any) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract/PO, ensuring compliance with the end-to-end process from purchase requisition to payment in line with company policies and procedures.4.1 Monitor contract execution and acceptance procedures, and plan product returns (if any) for MRO & Facility to ensure timely supplier payments in accordance with contract terms.4.2 Manage contract risks and provide regular reports on identified contract risks.4.3 Coordinate closely with relevant departments regarding order placement, delivery, goods receipt, and product exchange/return plans. Take primary responsibility for resolving issues arising during the delivery and receipt process.Requirements:- Graduated from College/ University (priority in Engineering majors).- Understand the purchasing process from receiving requests and process bidding, purchasing.- Professional knowledge of the machinery, equipment and spare parts industry- Have knowledge of bidding processes and regulations- Knowledge and skills in foreign trade, international transactions, and finance- Negotiate and sign contracts- Understanding about ERP as SAP, Oracle and Power BI, MS Excel and MS Office- Basic in English- At least 01 years experience in similar role- Experience working at FMCG companies is an advantage
