Purchasing Representative

Job Summary:The Purchasing Representative is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, supplies, and services necessary for company operations. This role ensures that purchases are cost-effective, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to support organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Make purchase of products or materials required from the direct managerSet a daily itinerary to complete the required tasks to avoid delays and getting into road crisesSave supplier warehouse locations and contact numbers of delegates Follow up on delivery dates of orders and ensure supply on time Address any complaints or issues related to the purchased materials Make a record of cash purchasesand match them with the cash work order on a daily basis Keep accurate records of all purchase transactions RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in purchasing within the F&B or hospitality industry. Saudi National Valid Saudi drivers licence Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, especially within Riyadh, for food products, packaging, cleaning supplies, and restaurant equipment. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or restaurant POS systems). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
