Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Representative based in Qesm 2nd, 6th of October City, Egypt. The Purchasing Representative will manage procurement activities, ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and build relationships with suppliers. Key responsibilities include processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, maintaining procurement records, coordinating with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Purchase Orders and ProcurementStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and PurchasingCustomer Service skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and stakeholdersAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in relevant software and tools for managing procurement processesDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
