As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as an Purchasing Staff.Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase fabrics, trims, accessories, and other garment materials.Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and material availability.Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory levels, and supplier databases.Track deliveries and follow up to ensure materials arrive on time.Negotiate cost-efficient deals and maintain good supplier relationships.Support production by ensuring timely procurement of all needed materials.Job description:● 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or equivalent.● Must have strong negotiation skills● Meticulous attention to details and can work on a fast paced demanding environment.● Excellent skills in purchasing and sourcing.● Must be computer literate.● A 4-year college degree is preferred or a 2-year college undergraduate with equivalent work experienceWhy Join Us:Competitive salary packageCareer growth opportunities in the garments industryCollaborative and supportive work environment
