Python Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python Engineer to support the development and validation of Generative AI (GenAI) systems. The ideal candidate will focus on integrating and customizing Guardrail libraries to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance of AI outputs. You will also design and implement validation frameworks and test scripts for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Python scripts for testing and validating GenAI models.Integrate and customize Guardrail frameworks to enforce output constraints and safety checks.Design validation and evaluation frameworks for RAG-based GenAI systems.Collaborate with AI Governance and product teams to ensure model compliance and performance standards.Requirements:Strong proficiency in Python.Hands-on experience in Generative AI and software engineering (min. 1 year in GenAI, 3+ years in AI Engineering preferred).Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks (e.g., Guardrail AI, Nemo Guardrails, Llama Guard).Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is an advantage.Client-facing experience preferred.
