The successful applicant will join a dynamic team creating tooling and automation across the development environment for trading risk and compliance global teams.Desired QualificationsTechnical experience in Python automation and toolingProficient knowledge of coding principles and design patternsExperienced in Unix / Linux operating system fundamentalsSQL Experience - queries, tables etc.Adopt best practices when developing automation code including comment documentation, maintainability and data-driven developmentAbility to partner with peers and management team to continuously improve testing methods, process, techniques and use of toolsA quick learner, being able to adapt to a fast paced heterogeneous environment and acquire necessary knowledgeBasic understanding of capital markets, electronic trading, order flow and execution is preferred but not requiredDetail oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environmentStrong verbal and written communicationExperience in Monitoring tools desirable such as Prometheus, Loki, Jaeger, GrafanaDevops or Cloud experience desirablePython Developer
