Job Description
ResponsibilitiesTo help manage the flow of issues and resolve them. For the more complex issues, they can then redirect to the DevOps team for their handling, but the support engineer must still keep ownership.To come up with solutions to improve the efficiency of resolving issues. This would include exploring the use of bots to automate some of the common tasks, as well as to write scripts to programmatically categorize and handle the tickets in the JIRA service desk.Requirements3+ years of working experience with solid programming skills in PythonFamiliarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.Working knowledge of JIRA, Git, and monitoring tools such as Grafana.Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.BenefitsWorking location: District 12, HCMSalary range: up to VND 90,000,000 Gross
