Your FunctionsPlan budgets and forecasts together with different departmentsSupport month-end closing (accruals, reclassifications, analysis)Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (P&L, CAPEX, KPIs)Create business cases for new ideas and projectsHelp improve our reporting tools (e. g.
BI, SAP)Join cross-team projects and support commercial decisionsFind ways to improve processes and reportingShare insights with internal and external stakeholdersWhat We Are Looking ForEducation with a commercial or technical focusExpertise in financial controlling and/or BI, analytics, reportingExperience in similar roles in centralized or decentralized controlling teamsAdvanced MS Office skills, especially ExcelStrong analytical and communication skillsAn independent and structured way of workingAdvanced English skills (written and spoken)Ideally:
