In this context, we are looking for a QA Analyst to join our growing team in Tunis. Ensuring that our processes, data, and software products meet the highest standards of quality, governance, and security. Your Role The QA Analyst reports to the QA and Security Team Lead and plays a key role in ensuring that BTG’s products, processes, and governance frameworks comply with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and international certifications such as ISO 27001, also BTG group policies and standards You will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, analyzing and improving processes, and supporting the continuous improvement and governance of the BTG Data Platform and related systems. Purpose of the Function A QA Analyst ensures that all BTG systems, applications, and processes are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with BTG’s data and IT governance principles. Result Areas and Activities 1. Process Analysis, Governance, and Continuous Improvement Analyze and document existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and governance. Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of BTG’s IT and Data Governance frameworks, ensuring consistent standards and accountability. Participate in reviews of requirements and technical specifications to ensure clarity, compliance, and proper traceability. Support the implementation and maintenance of BTG’s Quality Management System (QMS). Collaborate with DevOps, Data, and Security teams to align QA practices with governance and DevSecOps principles. Ensure that all quality, testing, and governance documentation is accurate and up to date. 2. Compliance and Reporting Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, data protection, and other relevant standards. Maintain governance and quality indicators; contribute to risk assessments and mitigation plans. Provide regular reports to management on quality performance, compliance, and governance metrics. 3. Quality Assurance and Testing Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing software products. Perform functionality, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using established QA tools. Ensure compliance with company standards, governance requirements, and ISO 27001. Prepare detailed QA and test reports and communicate findings to development and management teams. Job Requirements Engineering degree or master's degree in computer science or other IT related specialties. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA, governance, or quality-related role within the IT sector. Excellent English writing and communication skills. Certifications in the Quality domain, such as QHSE or ISO 9001, are highly valued for this position Knowledge of ISO 27001, IT governance, and quality management systems. Strong understanding of process analysis, governance principles, and quality assurance methodologies. Experience with testing tools (such as Postman, Selenium, or similar) is a plus.
