This position requires a meticulous and analytical professional who will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring compliance activities, and interpreting complex regulatory guidelines. The analyst will develop and implement monitoring tools, identify areas of risk, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies and procedures align with current federal and state healthcare regulations. This remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, support staff training, and prepare for external audits, all while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity.
