In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex, enterprise-level projects. You will lead a matrixed team of QA Analysts, guiding testing efforts to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Your expertise in test automation and manual testing will be instrumental in accelerating our development processes and enhancing our testing procedures. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software developers and stakeholders, to ensure that deliverables align with functional specifications and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, initially requiring onsite presence five days a week for the first six months, transitioning to a four-day onsite schedule thereafter.
