The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, conducting performance testing, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Selenium Grid, Load Runner, and Visual Studio. Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage and early defect identification. Develop self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components. Conduct API testing and validate integration with RESTful services. Analyze and write SQL queries to validate data integrity and application functionality. Participate in test planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of QA processes. Work in alignment with agile methodologies and ensure high-quality deliverables. Must-Have SkillsProfessional & Technical Skills5+ years of experience in test automation using Selenium, Selenium Grid, Load Runner, and Visual Studio. 2+ years of experience in C#, .NET, or JavaScript development. Strong experience with Selenium in a C#/.NET environment. Proficiency in creating modular, reusable, and testable components. Experience in testing RESTful services. Strong knowledge of SQL queries for test data validation. Good-to-Have SkillsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with API automation tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Experience working in the financial services industry.
