ROLE: QA & Training Officer – Local Food & Transport AccountWork Setup: On-site/HybridLocation: Alido, Malolos, BulacanLanguage: Tagalog-EnglishAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a QA & Training Officer to support our Easy Local Food & Transport Account. You will be responsible for ensuring top-quality customer service through regular quality audits, training sessions, and process improvements.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others grow while maintaining high service standards. You will also manage and update our central knowledge base (SOPs) to keep the team informed and aligned.As operations expand, this position may grow into two specialized tracks — Quality Assurance or Training & Development — offering clear opportunities for advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality checks and audits on chat, email, and call interactions.Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to agents and team leads.Develop and conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions.Maintain and update SOPs and training materials.Collaborate with Operations, Tech, and Management to improve workflows.Track performance metrics and recommend action plans for improvement.Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous growth.Skills & QualificationsNon-negotiable: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (or related field)1–2 years of experience in a QA, training, or similar role (Bonus if in a food delivery or transport account).Strong communication, feedback, and coordination skills.Proactive, respectful, and detail-oriented.Must be willing to work onsite in Alido, Malolos, Bulacan.Open-minded, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.Non-negotiable: Must have active Facebook, WhatsApp, and Discord accounts for communication and coordination.How to ApplySend your resume with the subject line “QA and Training Officer – Alido, Malolos” to:recruitment@texts.odoo.comInitial interviews will be conducted via phone.
