For more information on TCP, visit www.tcpsoftware.com or follow us on LinkedIn or FacebookAs a QA Automation Engineer IV, you will:Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for web and mobile applicationsDrive the adoption and implementation of new testing strategies, tools, and techniques to improve product qualityDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test scripts, and automated test environmentsAnalyze testing results, identify potential issues, and collaborate with development teams to suggest improvements and optimizationsMentor and guide junior QA team members, providing expertise and leadership in automation testing practicesEnsure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of test automation systems in a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) environmentCollaborate with the development team, ensuring 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time for effective communicationRequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record in leadership rolesExpertise in agile development practices and Scrum methodologiesIn-depth understanding of various testing methodologies including regression, functional, performance, and security testingProficiency with Cypress (most important testing framework), Selenium, and Protractor (E2E), as well as experience with API testingStrong skills in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Shell, or Ruby (nice-to-have)Extensive experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI (nice-to-have)Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and virtualized test environments (AWS, Azure, Docker) (nice-to-have)Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsBenefitsCompetitive salaryPTO and Sick leavesIn-Patient & Out-Patient Health insuranceOut-Patient Department coverageProvident fund and EOBIThe work/life setup you need to be successfulAccess to an in-house gym to support your health and well-beingA creative, collaborative, supportive environment that gives you the autonomy to explore new ideas, grow your skill set and create outstanding results The chance to make a genuine impact on the company's growth Plenty of challenging work and the opportunity to stretch yourselfThe opportunity to work with amazing talent in a fast-growing company that really values their team
