At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The QA Coordinator, Customer Complaints is responsible for handling customer complaints according to procedure and will participate in optimization/improvement of the current customer complaint processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.This position reports to the Senior Manager, QA and is part of the Customer Complaint department located in Radiometer Solutions in Stargard and will be an on-site role.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToHandle customer complaints according to procedureParticipate in optimization of the current customer complaint processes and attend improvements projectsSupport the organization during auditsThe Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeMin. High School EducationVery good (min. B2 level) verbal and written communication skills in English.
