Senior Quality Systems Engineering Specialist

Purpose of the jobWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Management Application Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). In this role, you will provide technical leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and collaborate across teams to ensure our eQMS supports compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Key Tasks And ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations, configuration, and optimization of the eQMS, including functionality, design, appearance, and system settingsPartner with the eQMS System Owner on quality management projects, product improvements, and workflow developmentContribute to budget planning and recruitment efforts for eQMS administrative rolesProvide support to eQMS module owners with user profiles, reporting, and system customizationLead development, testing, and implementation of eQMS releases, ensuring quality and complianceIdentify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and best practicesOversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and system maintenanceAct as the technical interface between internal stakeholders, Sonova IT, and external vendorsDeliver guidance and training on eQMS best practices across the organizationStay up to date with new technologies and ensure compliance with IT application policiesRequirementsProven experience managing or supporting eQMSStrong background in application administration, configuration, and product/project managementExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functionsExperience leading vendor management, testing, and system implementation projectsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindsetKnowledge of compliance requirements and IT application standardsMore about what we offer:As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
