A global cosmetics company is seeking a QA Coordinator to join its operations team in Israel.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate at the early stages of their quality career, looking to gain broad exposure to global quality processes and standards in a dynamic international environment.📍 Location: Central Israel🕓 Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleThe QA Coordinator will support the Global QA team by managing documentation, preparing reports, coordinating product files, and assisting in complaint handling and process follow-up.This role includes a strong administrative and organizational component, and offers the opportunity to learn from experienced QA professionals and grow within a global framework.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and support the resolution of internal and external complaints.Prepare accurate and timely QA reports and summaries.Document and monitor CAPAs and improvement processes.Maintain updated and organized QA documentation and product files.Support cross-departmental and global QA initiatives.RequirementsB.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or an equivalent scientific or technical degree.1–3 years of experience in quality assurance - experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent command of English (written & spoken); native English – advantage.Fluent in Hebrew (written & spoken).Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/QMS systems – advantage.Who You AreHighly organized and detail-oriented.Team player who enjoys supporting others in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn the global QA world from within.
