QA Engineer

Your missionAs a Medior QA Engineer at Intigriti, you will take ownership of the quality of our Bug Bounty Platform. You will plan, execute, and maintain both automated and manual tests, including functional, non-functional, and load/performance testing. You will embed quality early in the development lifecycle (shift-left), ensuring software is robust, reliable, and meets customer expectations.You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, detect and reproduce defects, and drive continuous improvement in both the platform and QA processes.What You’ll Be Doing Automated Testing Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Postman for frontend and API testing.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting early defect detection.Functional & Non-Functional TestingPlan and execute manual and automated tests for new features and regression releases.Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and quality risks.Performance & Load TestingDesign and maintain automated load/performance tests using tools like k6.Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under load.Collaboration & Quality AdvocacyWork with agile teams to define acceptance criteria and validate feature readiness before releases.Reproduce and troubleshoot defects; document findings clearly and follow up until resolution.Raise awareness of quality risks, propose solutions, and proactively prevent defects.Process Improvement & MentorshipContribute to QA process improvements (e.g., first-time-right principles, test-driven development).Maintain test documentation and promote best practices within the team.What You’ll BringFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright and Postman preferred).Strong manual functional and non-functional testing skills.Test coordination experience is a plus.Understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, YAML, HTML, CSS.Experience with Git (version control).Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab) and Docker is a plus.Awareness of web security vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, IDOR, etc.) is a plus.Experience with load/performance testing tools (k6 or equivalent) is a plus.Agile mindset, proactive communication, and ability to work independently.What is in it for you?✅ Competitive salary⏰ 40-hour work week⛱️ 20 days of annual leave + 12 ADV days✈️ 2-months work abroad policy☕ Flex Income Plan (Cafetariaplan)⛽ Company car and fuel card or Mobility budget⭐ Top-notch hospitalisation and group insurance♻️ Meal & Eco vouchers⭕ Hybrid working model⌨️ Initial home office budget✍ Great training and yearly learning budget⛹ Social activities and team outings✨ Referral bonus⚡ Great hardware and access to the best tools to be successful in your role☎️ Mobile subscription contributionWhy join us?Here Are Some Great Benefits Of Joining Our TeamCybersecurity is a great place to be! The security industry is fast-paced and continues to grow even during times of economic uncertainty.We provide a clear career path and learning budget to help set you up for success.Join a company that’s making a real impact.
