If that's not enough, we also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes.We are a team of passionate people on a mission to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.🏢London based - Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)🔎 As the QA Engineer (NHS) you will ensure the safe, high-quality delivery of software in our NHS Business Unit through structured, thoughtful manual testing. This role supports the entire team by identifying defects, clarifying requirements, and maintaining confidence in every release.Key ResponsibilitiesDe-risking releases - ensuring confidence across clinical workflowsManual and automated testing - the growing complexity of the product and use cases means more structured, consistent testing is requiredApplying quality expertise - helping the team avoid regressions, ensure safety, and maintain high trust in the productCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams - including engineers, product managers, clinicians, and regulatory colleaguesWorking on patient-facing NHS software - direct clinical impactHigh-stakes delivery - ensuring confidence in each releaseSprint-based development - mix of feature, bugfix, and compliance-focused workTools and technologies - Working with Slack, Jira, Google Docs, and modern browser-based toolsRequirements☑️ We want to hear from you if youHave experience in:Strong experience in manual testing of complex web and/or mobile software applicationsHas tested clinical, NHS, or regulated health softwareAbility to write and maintain structured, reusable test cases and regression packsComfortable working in agile sprint teams and testing from user stories, designs, and requirementsFamiliarity with defect tracking and triage tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail)Experience testing in a regulated, clinical, or safety-critical environment is a strong advantageStructured exploratory testing approachesRegression testing and risk-based prioritisationTraceability and documentation best practices in regulated environmentsWorking with BDD-style user stories and acceptance criteriaFamiliarity with software release lifecycle and UAT processesSkin Analytics manufactures medical devices and complies with ISO standards 13485 and 27001. As part of your employment, you will be assigned Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
