We have a strategic and actionable plan underway and are looking for associates who are just as excited about it as we are.About The JobThis job is responsible for increasing and assuring the level of quality of PetSmart solutions and services by partnering with the business to validate the software under test meets the pre-determined acceptance criteria, by designing, writing, and executing manual tests in a complex integrated environment to determine whether the product is ready to release and by contributing to QA engineering and testing best practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain TOSCA test automation scripts and frameworks that meet the company’s testing requirements.Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify and report defects, and follow through on resolutions.Enhance, extend, and maintain test automation libraries and frameworks.Must be able to seamlessly switch between automation and manual testing for extended periods of time as required by the project.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot test environments and automation execution.Collaborate with other team members to improve automation strategies, processes, and best practices.Investigate and report defects, track issues, and work closely with developers to ensure prompt resolution.Work with product stakeholders to identify and prioritize tests that could be automated to drive efficiency.Work with functional and business stakeholders to identify the testing scenarios and test cases for the releases.Share the testing results and observations with business and stakeholders.Self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines with speed, accuracy, and professional attitude.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills.Qualification & Skills:3-4 years of QA experience.With at least 2 years of Automation experience, Tosca experience is a plus but if not experience, should be willing to learnExperience in ERP application & automation testing, e.g SAP, Manhattan Suite of Applications, Salesforce etc.Must be proficient in SIT and E2E testing.Bachelor's degree in business / computer science equivalent experience.Solid understanding of software testing practices.Works independently under minimal direction with strong work ethic.About The CultureAt PetSmart, we work hard to create a culture where every associate feels like they truly belong and we celebrate the unique stories, backgrounds, and experiences our associates share.
