We are seeking a QA professional, who is enthusiastic about crafting flawless user experiences through meticulous testing. Our ideal candidate is a responsible team player with a proactive learning attitude, and has practical QA experience and/or certifications, particularly in web and mobile testing. Qualifications/SkillsMinimum 3 yrs. work experience in QA; familiarity in the latest QA technologies and methodologiesExperience working with a UX/UI teamKnowledge in regression, integration, and E2E testing, with strong analytical skillsTest documentation familiarity; Defect Life Cycle, SQL, & Web technologies (JS/TS & PHP a plus!)Should have an understanding of Wordpress /Tilda/WixFamiliarity in WooCommerce and payment gatewaysStrong English communication skillsKnowledge of QA testing automation tools (WebDriver/Selenium, Postman)Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho One)Familiarity with Change Management solutions (JIRA, Confluence and/or Trello)ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive tests to ensure software qualityCollaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defectsMaintain and update test documentationEngage in Agile processes, enhancing SDLC workflowsContinuously learn and apply new technology for testing improvementsTest website(s) forms and functionalitiesNice-to-Have Skills (A plus, but not required)Web development and/or Wordpress Development knowledgeUnderstanding of MySQL/Postgres/PHPFamiliarity with VCS (GitHub, Gitlab)Google Analytics/SEMRush knowledge
