QA Junior

About the RoleWe are seeking a QA ERP Junior to join our transformation team in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in ERP quality assurance. You will be part of the team ensuring our ERP systems and integrations deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant operations across core insurance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end testing of ERP modules related to insurance operations (finance, policy administration, claims, etc.).Review and analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test scenarios and cases.Perform manual testing and record results systematically.Identify, log, and track defects; coordinate with development teams for resolution.Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution.Ensure testing documentation (test cases, defect logs, reports) is complete and audit-ready.Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure system quality and performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.0–2 years of experience in software or ERP quality assurance.Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail.Knowledge of insurance business processes is a strong plus.Able to join immediately or within short notice.
