Software Quality Assurance Internship

Zettabyte is a software development company that focuses on the education sector. We work together with our multicultural team from offices in Singapore, Bali, Yogyakarta, Paris, and Madagascar to create and produce tools that increase the quality of life for anyone involved in the education sector.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing detailed checklists, test plans, and test cases under supervisionExecute testing tasks diligently based on the provided documentationReport bugs promptly and accurately during the testing processGenerate testing reports summarizing tested features or sections and their outcomesProvide feedback on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience of the platformCollaborate with QA engineers and developers to support continuous improvement of the QA processRequirementsFluent in English (both oral and written)Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of Quality AssuranceFamiliarity with creating and maintaining checklists, test plans, and test casesBasic understanding of the bug life cycle and bug reporting processFamiliar with basic programming/scripting concepts (advantageous)Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus)Strong logic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitudeSelf-motivated, curious, and eager to contribute to a global software teamFull-time internship (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Western Indonesia Time)On-site placement in Yogyakarta
