QA Lead

We are looking for a Senior QA Lead to join our team and ensure all software releases meet high standards for quality, reliability, and compliance. You will be managing the QA team allocation and assignments, own testing processes, and drive continuous improvement. The person in charge will act as the main QA contact for development, product, and business stakeholders.WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team.Define, implement, and improve QA processes and standards.Oversee test planning and execution for both traditional and AI-powered features, including Generative AI and multi-agent systems.Ensure testing for validated systems (e.g., GxP) meets all compliance and documentation requirements.Monitor and report on quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and align on goals.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES DO I NEED?Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of QA methodologies, automation, and process improvement.Experience leading QA teams and leading complex software testing projects.Proven responsibility for testing validated systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Hands-on experience designing and executing test strategies for Generative AI and multi-agent AI frameworks.Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and alignment with source data.
